Eligibility

Treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over. Photographic ID may be requested. We reserve the right to decline treatment where, in the practitioner's clinical judgement, it is not appropriate or safe.

Consultations and bookings

All new clients must complete an initial consultation (£49) before any treatment. The consultation fee is deductible from the cost of your treatment.
Appointments are booked through our third-party online booking platform, which has its own terms of use.
Prices shown on our pricelist are indicative and confirmed at consultation; the price agreed at consultation applies to your treatment.

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations are free of charge with at least 72 hours' notice.
Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Deposits for missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.
If we need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date or a refund of any deposit paid.

Aftercare and review

You will be given aftercare guidance following your treatment, and it is your responsibility to follow it. Every treatment includes a complimentary review within 14 days to assess your results. If you have any concerns after a treatment, contact us promptly at info@glowbydrzahrah.co.uk.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete medical history information at consultation and to tell us about any changes before treatment. Withholding relevant medical information may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment, for which we cannot accept responsibility.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you booked, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses. Our treatments are carried out by a qualified medical practitioner with appropriate insurance.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, branding and design — belongs to Dr ZS Aesthetics Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law
